Assistant Facilities Manager
Resumes are being accepted for this full-time position. This person will be responsible for building and equipment maintenance including HVAC, lighting, painting and vehicles, as well as construction projects, and the coordination of sub-contractors. They will also provide assistance to the Facility Manager. This person will be involved in the oversight of the grounds, including landscaping and snow removal and will assist the Facilities Team with set ups and scheduling. This person must get along well with others, have mechanical skills related to maintenance, and a servant’s heart. The job requires a person with good physical health for lifting and shoveling. Janitorial Coordinator
Resumes are being accepted for this full-time position. This person is responsible for maintaining and supervising the cleaning of the church building and grounds. This person will assist the Facilities Coordinator with setting up and tearing down for the various functions at the church. This person will be involved in cleaning of the various floor surfaces. This person will also be involved in the cleaning schedule for selected days of the week. This person must get along with others and have a servant’s heart and be able bodied to lift chairs and other equipment.
