Please pray for John's mother Lucile who broke her hip last week. She has had surgery and is waiting to be moved to rehab. She has a history of several small strokes and a blood clot near her heart. She is beginning to fail a bit. Please pray for the family as they work through this and for Lucile.

Rebecca's friends wife has been lost in a tragedy. You may have seen it/heard it on the news - a mom fell in a creek in Steamboat Springs a couple weeks ago trying to rescue her 8 year old son. The boy got out with just a few lacerations on his head but she has not yet been found and, obviously, it has been long enough that they are no longer looking for her but looking to recover her body. Please pray for this family - the dad is a marine who had at least 3 tours in Iraq, who now has two kids to raise on his own. As far as we know, the search was suspended because the river has been flowing so high and so fast it is not safe for the rescuers. At this point I think it is just important for the family to recover her body so they can have a memorial service and grieve and start the process of moving forward. Waiting in no man's land is awful.

* Judy - Please continue to pray for Dave, he is having surgery on his back on Thursday 6/25 at 2:15 pm. He is currently paralyzed from the chest down.

* Judy - prayer for healing for a friend who fell down the stairs and is paralyzed from chest down. Also he will need surgery on his back this week.

* Joyce - prayer for son-in-law who is out of work. Pray for encouragement and protection for him and his family.

* Annon. - Please pray for financial guidance and direction due to loss of job. Also peace for my husband and myself.

* Tom - Please pray for God to answer our prayers for finances to renew my wife's VISA which expires soon. Our faith is in HIM.

* Donna - Continued prayer for her son, he is fighting his faith and drugs. Many thanks for the prayer for my home. Also pray for safe return of Rich from IRAQ.

* Suzi - prayer for my brother, Phil, he will be going overseas.

* Jim - prayer for son, David, in war for the 3rd time. Also prayer for God's guidance with rental business.

* Bethany - pray for smooth reunion with husband who is returning from IRAQ.

Please pray that Mark gets good PET scan results, that God will heal him, and that there will be no sign of returning cancer. The test is tomorrow and we will get the results on the 29th.

Thank you for your prayers for Scott. They have been answered in that his surgery has been moved up to this coming Wed., June 24 at 7:45 AM. The last two cortisone shots did not take. He will have the disk removed at L4 and then have it fused. He is still in a lot of pain. Please pray for endurance today and tomorrow (he still has to work) and for successful, safe surgery on Wed. Thank you.

Rich is returning from Irag next weekend. Pray for safety of his return and reunion with family.

Ainsley turned 4 on Monday. 5 days prior she was diagnosed with leukemia. She will have chemo weekly for 26 mos. She will loose her hair this week. Please pray for Ainsley and her very devoted family. They are very close to the Lord and are relying on his grace and mercy to carry them through the treatments and hopefully the cure.

Can you please pray for my sister Linda. She was admitted to Littleton Hospital yesterday with a bacterial infection from her surgery that she had several weeks ago. They are going to transfer her to Aurora sometime today and will be redoing her back surgery in the next couple of days. Thanks.

Please continue to pray for Scott with his upcoming back surgery. He is a lot of pain. He has a very high pain threshold so we know it is bad. The last cortisone shot did not take. He is scheduled for another one on Thurs. Please pray that can be done sooner or that the surgery can take place much sooner. As a police officer he has to be on his feet all day and that adds to the pain. Thank you so much for praying.

My husband is returning from Iraq on June 21. Pray for safety in travel and our reunion.

Randy, an Afganistan Vet, just returned and is really having a hard time. Please pray for him.

Michael's dad is in his last days - please pray for peace and mercy.

Cheryl got laid off from her job this week. She is single working two jobs to make ends meet. This was her main job.

Scott will be having surgery to remove a broken disk in his back on July 8. Please pray for that upcoming surgery and that his pain will be minimal until that time. He has been denied short term disability. Please pray that will be overturned. Scott is a police officer and they need the money that would come from the disability to pay for his medical expenses. Thank you for praying.

Abby is 2 years old and has many handicaps including blindness. Today Abby is having surgery to create hip joints. It is a very serious and high risk surgery and one they have not done very often on children this young. It will also require a lot of recovery time. Please be pray for Abby, for her parents, Buck and Christy, the doctors and for the success of the surgery. Thank you so much!

Tom has decided against sugery and is going to have the gamma knife for his brain tumor. We would sure appreciate prayer that this would shrink the tumor (2/3 of them shrink with this procedure), otherwise it at least stops it from growing. We could use prayer for this, and a speedy recovery and that he could get back to work quickly and feel better. He's been on disability for about a month now. He was passing out and had other symptoms. He also has sleep apnea which is affecting things and has a hard time using the CPAP machine at night.

Please pray for Kelsey as he recovers from back fusion surgery.
